The first E-commerce Development Forum was held in Changchun, September 22, 2014 in Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center. The forum attracted e-commerce operators, business enterprises, trade and business enterprises, agricultural enterprises and other enterprises on behalf of more than 400 people to attend.

　　According to reports, the forum was hosted by the Jilin Electronic Commerce Association, highlight the theme "Exchange & Development". Chen Liang, Senior Expert of Ali Baba Institute, Li Mingtao, Executive Vice President of the National Academy of E-commerce and Jiang Haihong, Deputy Secretary of the Chinese E-commerce Coalition of Service Industries and other experts attended the forum. The topic was round how to boost local e-commerce positive economic transformation.

　　Chen Liang said that, from Ali baba big data analysis perspective, the agricultural e-commerce development was diversity, lots of companies were involved in the electricity supplier of agricultural products e-commerce. The past two years, the trading volume of fresh fruit and meat products increased rapidly, which produce online sale mode getting hot. Jilin ginseng, velvet and other characteristics were providing a large amount of agricultural trade, there is a greater market potential in grain oil rice and fresh class products in the future.

　　Li Mingtao believes that the face of the ever-changing e-commerce, localities to boost the local economy in transition, we must first recognize the problem solving, planning to find the e-commerce industry through the development of city location. Secondly, we have to simplify administration and transfer power, improve relevant laws and regulations and infrastructure for e-commerce to create a sustainable innovation development mechanism, and thus aggregate resources, the development of e-commerce industry, boosting the local economy in transition.

　　Jiang Haihong said that traditional industry is showing electricity providers of Internet development trend with the rapid development of e-commerce. To achieve the transformation of the local economy, we must strictly control the quality of agricultural products, agro-industry to extend the industrial chain, develop local business enterprise and e-commerce service providers, strengthen e-commerce training of individual farmers, and effectively improve the level of local e-commerce development.
