The 12th China Machinery and Electronic Brand Show, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, undertaken by Trade Development Bureau and China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, kicked off in SMX conference center in Manila, the capital city of Philippine on the morning of August 18.

Attending the opening ceremony were Philippine’s vice minister of transport, representatives from Philippine’s associations and chambers of commerce, business counselor of the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of China’s Embassy in Philippines Jin Yuan, vice chairman of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products Wang Guiqing, and division chief from the Trade Development Bureau Zhang Ling. After the opening ceremony, they visited the exhibition.

The exhibition will last for three days, and there are nearly one hundred standard booths, covering an area of 3,000 square meters. Exhibitors from Zhejiang province, Fujian province, Shandong province, Anhui province, Jiangsu province, Shanghai city and Tianjin city will display products in areas such as power, electronic and electrical area, new energy, machinery, home appliance, automobile and parts, and hardware tools.

Since 2005, the CCCME has held China Machinery and Electronic Brand Show in Philippine for 12 years in a row. It has become a large and influential exhibition for China’s machinery and electronic products in Philippine, aiming to promote the vertical development of China-Philippine trade in machinery and electronic products, enrich the contents of bilateral trade and economic cooperation and provide a practical, efficient and professional exchange platform for enterprises of both sides.
